Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Party Games is an HTML5 web app. Guests scan the QR code at the venue with their phone camera and the game opens straight in the browser. No download and no login.
How many people can play?
Every guest at the event can play. One phone is one guest, and small children can team up with a parent on their phone.
How much does Party Games cost?
You pay once per event, based on how many guests will play: from ₹299 for 20 guests up to ₹1,499 for 200. The Trial plan (5 guests) costs nothing, so you can try it at home first. Guests never pay and never need an account.
Do we need internet?
Yes, the organizer and the guests need internet, and mobile data is enough. If the venue Wi-Fi is weak, the app keeps working through short drops and reconnects on its own.
What if two guests have the same name?
No problem. Every guest gets a guest number, such as "Hussain Gadi #15". Names can repeat; numbers never do.
What is a rehearsal?
Before starting the event, the organizer can test every game with up to 3 people using a separate Rehearsal QR code. Rehearsal scores never count in the real event, and you can reset it as often as you like.
When does an event start and end?
The organizer presses "Start event" at the venue. The event ends when the organizer ends it, or automatically 8 hours after the start. After that, scanning the QR code only shows a thank-you message.
Is our data safe?
Event details and photos are visible only to that event’s guests, and only to the organizer once the event ends. A guest’s mobile number is visible only to the organizer. Event pages are not indexed by Google.
How does the photo puzzle work?
The organizer adds up to 6 photos, even during the event. Each one becomes a photo puzzle of 9 or 16 pieces that starts on every guest’s phone at the same time. The full photo is shown as a guide; guests tap a piece and then the place it belongs. The fastest three get 100, 80 and 60 points.
Can we show it on a projector or TV?
Yes. The Big screen page is made for a projector or TV and shows the QR code, questions, timer and the winners of each game. It never shows the right answer before the reveal, or a secret word.
